About Us The Earth Collection (Saffron Walden) is owned and run by a family team – Hannah Proud, Elaine Proud and Natasha Miles. Visitors will find Hannah running the shop on Mondays to Saturdays, and Natasha running any evening events held there. Elaine is responsible for administration and also works on some Saturdays. We will always do our best to look after our customers – we have chairs both inside or outside on our patio, as well as magazines (both of the gossip and car variety…) and newspapers. For those people not in a rush (or husbands who don’t like shopping!) we can offer complimentary tea or coffee, and will be happy to help you find the perfect outfit.
