 | | Friends and Family Evenings As well as welcoming you into our shop during the working day, we invite you to join us with your friends or family for an evening, to relax with drinks and nibbles, and enjoy a private shopping experience. We know that sometimes it can be difficult to find time during the day to go shopping, especially if you need several outfits, or find it hard to make up your mind! This is why we are happy to open in the evening for you, and give you one less thing to worry about. You can benefit from an opportunity to make your selections in a comfortable environment, with no pressure and no interruptions from the outside world! There is no charge for hiring our shop – just choose an evening which will suit you and let us know, it’s as easy as that. Please contact us for more details. Gift Vouchers We offer gift vouchers (only redeemable in The Earth Collection Saffron Walden), which come in pretty handmade cards – handmade by Hannah and Natasha! You can choose any amount for the voucher to be worth, and the lucky recipient will then have a whole year in which to redeem it. If you live too far from Saffron Walden to be able to come in and buy a voucher, but you know someone local who would appreciate one, how about organising it by post? If you give us the details and post a cheque for the amount required, we will then package the voucher in a handmade card, add a note as to who it is from, and post it to your chosen recipient. If you would like to do this, please print out the Voucher Form, fill it in with the required details, and post it to us, along with a cheque made payable to ‘The Earth Collection (Saffron Walden) Ltd’. As soon as the cheque has cleared (please allow three days) we will post out the gift voucher. Loyalty Cards We have a loyalty scheme available – receive one stamp for every £20 spent in our shop. When you have filled the card, we will give you £10 off your next purchase of £20 or over. Please ask for more details or to receive a card. Gift Boxes We have turned recycled cardboard boxes into pretty (and very natural) gift boxes, using dried fruit, wheat and raffia. These are available at a cost of £2 each to turn any items bought from The Earth Collection into a very special gift. Wish List Make shopping for your birthday and Christmas presents so much easier!
